  • Shower method: Shower as usual. Then pour the mixture slowly over your body from the shoulders down, asking for what you desire and visualizing negativity washing away and blessings flowing in.

  • Air dry: Allow yourself to dry naturally without using a towel.

  • Dispose with respect: Pour the remaining water at a crossroads, into the toilet, or down the drain while saying a prayer or affirmation.

For floor washing:

  • Prepare the solution: With or without a candle, pray and ask for your intention. Add half of the contents to a bucket of cold water.

  • Clean with focus: Mop the floors or wipe down surfaces and doorknobs while concentrating on removing negativity and inviting blessings. Begin at the front door and work your way to the back.

  • Dispose mindfully: Pour the leftover water into the toilet, down the drain, or outside away from your home, visualizing negativity leaving your space.
